  1. What are soft skills or skill-based courses?

    The soft skills or skill-based courses are short courses which fall under the category of continuing professional development.  BCC’s courses ensure that you enhance your knowledge and skills that are relevant and up to date.  The courses are accredited and approved by CPD (Continuing Professional Development, United Kingdom) and ICM (Institute of Commercial Management, United Kingdom).

  2. What are advocacy courses?

    BCC offers a wide range of advocacy-based soft skill courses to create more awareness and proper training to the social and environmental issues affecting us all. There are no prior experiences in a chosen field required for an individual to pursue any of these courses.  The certificates from these programs are meant to provide the training and recognition for those who are strong advocates of social and environmental issues.

FAQ’s FOR STUDENTS

  1. Can I access the course anywhere and anytime?

    YES! All courses are accessible online through the Learning Management System (LMS).
    Once enrolled, you will be given a username and password to log-in to the LMS and begin your studies.  

  2. Can I study offline?

    Once you have logged-in at the LMS, you can download the course and study offline at your own convenience. However, you have to go online and log into the LMS system to take your test.

  3. What is the duration of the course?

    Most of our courses can be accomplished within 7 days or less.

  4. When and how do I take the test for certification?
    • All tests are conducted online
    • You have multiple choice questions
    • You have up to 30 days (from the date of your registration) to take your online test.
       
  5. Can I re-take the test if I fail my test?
    • You can retake you test after 24 hours from your previous test.
    • Register and pay for the test fee of US$60 via online payment or bank transfer.
    • This fee includes your certificate which are sent to you if you pass your test.
       
  6. How do I seek assistance with a facilitator?
    Each course is designed to have access to online support. 
    Just follow-through each lesson and module, and a link is provided for you to email any concern you may have.
     
  7. Can I take multiple courses at the same time?
    Yes, you may, if you can manage your time accordingly.
